Superb base for 2 nights. Really loved how cosy the property was. We were in the single room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, ironing facilities and a study table. Stopped by eden river cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's steps away from the venue, recommend.

great place to stay while in appleby. location in the centre of the city, helpful staff and good sized rooms. the breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed it.

One could dine at restaurants such as The Three Greyhounds Inn 10 minutes away. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Appleby castle was reachable within a 10-minute walk. We really enjoyed everything.
